Job Description : Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) | Dubai, United Arab Emirates A leading regional organization is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support across its growing GCC operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. • Develop executive financial analysis and performance reporting. • Drive profitability, cost optimization, and financial performance initiatives. • Partner with business leaders on strategic investment decisions. • Develop financial models and scenario analysis for growth initiatives. • Lead and mentor the FP&A and business finance teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. • 15+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience. • ACCA, CPA, CFA, ACA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous. • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
