Job Description : Director of Commercial Contracts | Dubai, United Arab Emirates A major construction and infrastructure organization is seeking a Director of Commercial Contracts to lead contract strategy, commercial negotiations, claims management, risk allocation, and contractual performance across a portfolio of major GCC projects. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement commercial and contract management strategies. • Lead negotiation and administration of major project contracts. • Oversee variations, claims, disputes, and commercial settlements. • Manage contractual risks and protect organizational interests. • Establish contract governance, reporting, and performance frameworks. • Lead and mentor senior commercial and contracts professionals. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 15+ years of commercial contracts experience. • Proven experience managing major EPC, construction, or infrastructure contracts. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, claims, variations, and dispute resolution. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
