I’m looking for an experienced Supermarket General Manager who knows how to lead a team, drive sales and keep standards high in a fast-paced retail environment. You know the type of manager I mean… The one who can walk a store and spot 10 things that need fixing before anyone else has noticed one. ???? The one who knows the figures, knows their team, knows their customers and somehow knows there’s a gap on aisle 4 without even being told. ???? That’s who I want to speak to.... ?? This role needs someone who can: ?? Lead from the front and get the best from a large team ?? Drive sales, margin and profitability ?? Run a slick operation without compromising on standards ?? Understand the importance of fresh food, availability and presentation ?? Deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps people coming back ?? Develop their managers and build a team that performs And yes, it’s retail… There will be busy days, There will be deliveries, There will be targets, And there will almost certainly be someone asking for you just as you sit down. ????
