Job Description : Director of Facilities Management | Dubai, United Arab Emirates A leading property and infrastructure organization is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to oversee integrated facilities operations, maintenance, asset performance, service delivery, and operational efficiency across a large UAE portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the facilities management strategy. • Oversee hard and soft FM services across multiple assets. • Drive maintenance, reliability, energy efficiency, and operational performance. • Manage FM contracts, service providers, and strategic suppliers. • Establish service standards, budgets, KPIs, and compliance frameworks. • Lead and mentor senior facilities management teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related discipline. • 15+ years of facilities management leadership experience. • Proven experience managing large commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use portfolios. • Strong expertise in FM operations, contracts, maintenance, and cost optimization. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
