Job Description : SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – PROJECTS A leading renewable energy organization is looking for a seasoned project leader to drive large-scale project execution, strengthen delivery capabilities, and support the company’s next phase of expansion. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Position: Senior Vice President – Projects Industry: Renewable Energy & Power Infrastructure Experience: 20–28+ Years Level: Senior Leadership KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute the overall project delivery strategy aligned with business objectives • Lead large-scale renewable energy and power infrastructure projects • Oversee project planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning • Drive project execution within approved timelines, budgets, quality and safety parameters • Monitor project P&L, cash flow, cost control and resource utilization • Establish project governance, controls and performance-management systems • Identify execution risks and implement mitigation strategies • Lead coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commercial and operations teams • Oversee contractual, commercial and claims-related matters • Drive project standardization, process improvement and execution excellence • Build and mentor Project Directors, Project Managers and senior project teams • Support capacity expansion and new project development initiatives • Provide strategic project updates and recommendations to the MD / CEO IDEAL CANDIDATE • 20–28+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Power, EPC or Infrastructure • Proven experience leading large-scale projects or project portfolios • Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, cost management and execution • Experience managing multidisciplinary and multi-location project teams • Strong exposure to solar, wind, power transmission or related infrastructure projects • Proven P&L, commercial and stakeholder management experience • Strong understanding of HSE, quality and regulatory requirements • Ability to manage complex projects under demanding timelines • Strong leadership and strategic execution capabilities WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
