Job Description : Head of Finance & Planning – Manufacturing FMCG | Nigeria We are hiring a Head of Finance & Planning for a leading FMCG manufacturing organization based in Ogun State, Nigeria. ???? Location: Ogun State, Nigeria (Factory-Based) ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning ? Drive manufacturing finance, costing, and profitability analysis ? Manage working capital, cash flow, inventory, and P&L performance ? Develop KPIs, MIS reports, and business dashboards ? Partner with Operations to improve cost efficiency and margins ? Lead Finance, Procurement, and HR/Admin functions ? Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and compliance ???? Ideal Candidate: ? 10+ years of post-qualification finance experience ? 4+ years in a senior finance leadership role ? Nigerian Manufacturing/FMCG Finance experience (Mandatory) ? Strong expertise in Manufacturing Finance, Costing, FP&A, P&L Management, Working Capital & Inventory Management ? Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment ? ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) ? Proven track record in margin improvement, cost optimization, and working capital enhancement ???? Preferred Qualifications: • CA / CMA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA preferred • MBA Finance with strong manufacturing finance experience may also be considered • ERP implementation and business transformation experience • FMCG, Food, Beverage, Packaging, or Consumer Manufacturing background
