Job Description : Vice President – Manufacturing & Operations | Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates A leading industrial organization is seeking a Vice President – Manufacturing & Operations to lead production, operational performance, capacity expansion, engineering, quality, and continuous improvement across a growing manufacturing platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute manufacturing and operations strategy. • Oversee production performance, capacity, quality, and reliability. • Drive Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives. • Lead manufacturing expansion, automation, and modernization programs. • Manage operational budgets, productivity, and cost performance. • Lead and mentor senior manufacturing and operations teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline. • 18+ years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience. • Proven experience managing complex industrial or manufacturing environments. • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and production optimization. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
