Job Description : Vice President – Project Delivery | Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates A major infrastructure and development organization is seeking a Vice President – Project Delivery to oversee the successful execution of a portfolio of high-value construction, infrastructure, and development projects across the UAE. The role will drive delivery excellence, commercial performance, and project governance. Key Responsibilities • Lead project delivery strategy across a major project portfolio. • Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. • Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and delivery risks. • Establish project governance, controls, and performance standards. • Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, authorities, and investors. • Lead and mentor senior project and program management teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • 20+ years of major project delivery experience. • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure, real estate, or mega-project portfolios. • Strong commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management capabilities. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
