Job Description : Director of Revenue Management | Dubai, United Arab Emirates A leading hospitality organization is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead pricing strategy, forecasting, demand optimization, revenue performance, and commercial analytics across a portfolio of premium hospitality assets in the UAE. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute revenue management strategies. • Lead pricing, forecasting, demand, and inventory optimization. • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns. • Maximize occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability. • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations leadership. • Lead and mentor revenue management professionals. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 12+ years of revenue management experience within hospitality. • Proven experience managing revenue strategy across multiple properties. • Strong analytical, commercial, and forecasting capabilities. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
