Job Description : Director of Engineering | Dubai, United Arab Emirates A leading infrastructure and development organization is seeking a Director of Engineering to provide technical leadership across major projects, engineering design, technical standards, value engineering, and multidisciplinary project delivery across the UAE and GCC. Key Responsibilities • Lead engineering strategy across a portfolio of major projects. • Oversee multidisciplinary design and technical engineering activities. • Establish engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements. • Drive value engineering, constructability, and technical optimization. • Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and technical partners. • Lead and mentor senior engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. • 18+ years of engineering leadership experience. • Proven experience across major infrastructure, construction, or development projects. • Strong technical, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
