Deputy Lead Civil Procurement

Job Description : Deputy Lead Civil Procurement NIGERIA with 20+ years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or large-scale development projects. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end procurement of civil materials, construction packages, subcontract works, equipment, and services across projects in Nigeria. The role requires strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tendering, techno-commercial evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier development, cost optimization, and procurement planning. 1. Team Leadership Preferred candidate profile #Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred. #Additional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commercial Management or Business Administration will be an advantage. #20+ years of overall experience, preferably in civil procurement, construction, infrastructure, EPC, industrial or large-scale development projects.
