Job Description : WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION HEAD ???? Location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo ???? Function: Warehouse & Distribution / Supply Chain The role will be responsible for ensuring high inventory accuracy, efficient fleet utilization, cost-effective logistics and reliable customer deliveries within 24–48 hours. Key Responsibilities • Lead warehouse, fleet and distribution strategy and operations • Drive inventory accuracy, traceability, cycle counts and loss prevention • Manage warehouse capacity, manpower, fleet and route planning • Ensure strong OTIF and 24–48-hour delivery performance • Improve fleet availability, utilization, fuel efficiency and driver productivity • Control logistics costs and drive cost-per-delivery optimization • Strengthen SOPs, safety, operational controls and business continuity • Drive effective use of ERP/WMS, GPS/fleet tracking and operational dashboards • Build and develop a disciplined, accountable and high-performing logistics team Candidate Profile ???? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance or related field ???? MBA / Master’s / relevant professional certification preferred ???? 12-15 years of Warehouse, Logistics & Distribution experience ???? Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial/head-level role ???? Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail or high-volume Distribution preferred ???? Prior DRC/Africa experience will be an advantage ?? Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS, inventory controls, fleet management and route planning ???? French – Mandatory ????
