Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS POLAND Open to International candidates A leading Automotive Components Manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive manufacturing performance, productivity, quality, and operational excellence across its operations. Industry: Automotive Components Manufacturing Experience: 18–25+ Years Level: General Management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead overall manufacturing and operations strategy across the facility • Drive production efficiency, capacity utilization and manufacturing productivity • Ensure achievement of quality, cost, delivery and safety targets • Lead production planning, maintenance, engineering and process improvement • Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives • Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement and process optimization • Monitor plant KPIs and establish strong performance-management systems • Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering and Sales teams • Drive automation, capacity expansion and manufacturing technology initiatives • Ensure compliance with OEM standards and customer quality requirements • Manage manufacturing resources, manpower and operational costs • Develop and mentor Plant Managers, functional heads and operations teams • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the manufacturing function IDEAL CANDIDATE • 18–25+ years of experience in Automotive Components Manufacturing • Strong experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations • Experience with OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2 automotive customers • Strong understanding of Lean, TPM, quality and productivity systems • Proven exposure to capacity expansion and operational transformation • Strong cost-management and P&L understanding • Experience managing large manufacturing teams • Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving capabilities
