Job Description : HEAD QA / DGM / GM DENAMRK Open to International candidates Experience: 20 Years • Strong experience in Regulatory Pharma Manufacturing Plant • Mandatory exposure in both Sterile & OSD Manufacturing • Strong leadership experience in overall QA operations • Experience in handling Regulatory Audits & Compliance • Strong knowledge of Qualification & Validation • Expertise in IPQA & QMS • Experience in Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, OOS/OOT, SOP & Documentation • Strong exposure to GMP, cGMP, WHO-GMP & Regulatory Requirements • Ability to lead QA teams and ensure overall plant quality compliance • Overall leadership of QA functions for Sterile & OSD manufacturing operations • Drive QMS, IPQA, Qualification & Validation activities across the plant • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and inspection readiness • Lead internal, customer and regulatory audits with effective CAPA closure • Oversee deviations, investigations, change controls, OOS/OOT and risk management • Ensure GMP compliance across Production, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments • Establish and maintain robust quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide strategic QA leadership to ensure product quality, patient safety and regulatory compliance
