Job Description : Production Manager ( Garment Manufacturing) **Location:** West Africa – Togo / Benin **CTC:** USD 4,000 per month **Industry:** Garment Manufacturing | Cargo T-Shirts | Woven | Knits **Experience:** 10 - 15 Years in Garment Production Cargo We are looking for an experienced **Production Manager** to lead garment manufacturing operations in West Africa. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Cargo T-Shirts, Woven and Knits**, with proven experience in managing production, manpower, productivity, quality and delivery targets. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage end-to-end garment production and daily factory operations. * Plan production schedules to achieve quality and delivery targets. * Handle **Cargo T-Shirts, Woven and Knits** production. * Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization and productivity. * Lead and manage production teams, supervisors and operators. * Ensure adherence to quality, safety and production standards. * Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. *Candidate Profile* * 8+ years of experience in **Garment Manufacturing / Apparel Production**. * Strong hands-on experience in **Cargo T-Shirts, Woven and Knits**. * International / overseas garment manufacturing experience will be preferred.
