Job Description : GM DRC FOR GEOGOLOGY AND EXPLORATION OF COPPER COLBALT Lead Geology & Exploration for Copper-Cobalt mining operations. Manage mineral exploration, drilling, resource estimation, reserve conversion and geological modelling. Lead grade control, ore quality and resource optimization. Ensure compliance with JORC / SAMREC / NI 43-101 standards. Lead geology teams and coordinate with Mining, Mine Planning, Metallurgy & Processing teams. Preferred candidate profile 18+ years experience in Mining Geology / Mineral Exploration. Strong experience in Copper-Cobalt / Base Metal Mining, Resource Estimation, Geological Modelling, Grade Control and Open-Pit Mining. Knowledge of Leapfrog / Datamine / Surpac preferred. African mining experience, especially DRC/Zambia/Copperbelt, highly preferred. Bachelor's in Geology / Applied Geology; Master's preferred.
