Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (COO) – New Retail Venture CARIBBEAN 20-25 Years experience an exceptional retail leader to join an exciting new retail venture as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a foundational leadership role for an experienced professional who understands retail from the ground up and can take ownership of the complete operational function from strategy and business planning to execution, performance, people and customer experience. The ideal candidate should have: 1. Senior-level experience in retail operations and end-to-end business management. 2. Proven ability to drive sales, revenue, margins and commercial performance. 3. Expertise in store operations, merchandising, pricing, assortment and promotions. 4. Experience in retail expansion, site selection, CAPEX and new store rollouts. 5. Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory and customer experience. 6. Expertise in P&L, budgeting, cost control and financial performance. 7. Exposure to POS/ERP, analytics, digital transformation and omnichannel retail. 8. Expertise in SOPs, process improvement, controls, loss prevention and risk management. 9. Ability to build high-performing teams, workforce plans and leadership pipelines. 10. Strong commercial acumen, data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to scale operations.
