VP – Operations

Job Description : VP – Operations & Supply Chain UAE We're looking for a seasoned operations leader to own and scale supply chain, warehousing, and fulfilment for a fast-growing, digital-first e-commerce portfolio. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role for someone who can operate as a cross-functional decision-maker, not just an operator, and who's ready to build for scale. What you'll own:???? End-to-end warehouse operations across multiple nodes - receiving, inventory, picking, packing, QC, dispatch ???? The automation roadmap and long-term 3PL vs. owned-warehouse strategy ???? Business cases, ROI analyses, and investment proposals presented directly to leadership ???? Vendor, equipment, and infrastructure partnerships (3PL + potential owned-facility setups) ???? KPI performance across fulfilment speed, accuracy, inventory health, and cost What we're looking for:? 10–15 years in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or operations, including 3–4+ years in senior leadership across multiple stakeholders/businesses ? Proven experience setting up warehouses end-to-end — site selection, layout, WMS implementation, team ramp-up (2–3 warehouse launches preferred) ? Track record driving automation and technology adoption, not just operating within existing systems ? Strong KPI/cost-control acumen (Six Sigma/Lean preferred); e-commerce marketplace integration experience (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) ? Executive presence and the ability to translate operational detail into strategic narrative for CXO audiences ?
