Head of E-Commerce

Job Description : Head of E-Commerce to lead that growth for an international beauty business based in Dubai. You’ll own the regional e-commerce strategy, working across the brand’s own digital channels as well as key online retail partners. The focus will be on growing revenue, improving conversion and customer experience, strengthening online launches and making sure digital activity connects properly with the wider retail and marketing strategy. We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial e-commerce background who understands the beauty consumer and has experience operating across Middle East markets. Experience within beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, skincare or another premium consumer category would be particularly relevant.
