ETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description : ETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER LOCATION: OMAN JOB PURPOSE We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee our retail and wholesale outlets, ensuring smooth operations, strong sales performance, effective inventory control, and high customer service standards across all branches. • Manage daily operations across all retail and wholesale outlets. • Monitor sales targets and branch performance. • Supervise and motivate store teams. • Monitor stock levels, transfers, expiry and shrinkage. • Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and product displays. • Implement and monitor retail SOPs. • Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints. • Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews. • Coordinate with Warehouse, HR, Finance and Marketing teams. • Monitor POS, Tally/ERP and inventory systems. • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management. • Identify underperforming branches and implement improvement plans. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce or related field. 10+ years of experience in retail/FMCG operations. • Minimum 2 years in a managerial position. • Experience managing multiple retail branches is preferred. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Good knowledge of retail inventory and sales operations. • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP and POS systems. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
