We are looking for an experienced Lead HR – Projects to join our growing operations in Nigeria and lead strategic HR initiatives across large-scale projects. ???? What We’re Looking For ?? MBA / MSW / PGDHR with 15–25 years of relevant HR experience ?? Strong expertise in Greenfield Projects and Plant HR ?? Experience in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Power Plant, or related industries ?? Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities ?? Strong execution skills in complex, fast-paced project environments ??
