Job Description : VICE PRESIDENT – OPERATIONS | AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING GERMANY Open to International candidates We are looking for a proven automotive manufacturing leader who has successfully handled multi-plant operations and can take end-to-end ownership of: ?? Production & PPC ???? Purchase, Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Development ???? Maintenance & Equipment Reliability ???? SCM, Stores, Inventory & Logistics ???? Quality & Operational Excellence ???? OEE, Productivity, Cost Reduction & Profitability ???? People Leadership & Performance Management The role will oversee 3 manufacturing plants producing Automotive Filters, Brake Linings, Brake Shoes and Brake Pads, with a team of approximately 300 people. Who should apply? Senior automotive-component manufacturing professionals with approximately 18–22+ years of experience, strong Plant/Operations leadership, knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, TPM, Lean and Six Sigma, and meaningful exposure to Purchase, SCM and Vendor Development. ? Career stability and demonstrated long-term performance in previous assignments will be an important selection criterion.
