Job Description : Vice President – Facilities & Asset Operations | Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates A leading property and infrastructure organization is seeking a Vice President – Facilities & Asset Operations to oversee integrated facilities management, asset performance, maintenance, service delivery, and operational efficiency across a major UAE portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute facilities and asset operations strategy. • Oversee hard and soft facilities management across multiple assets. • Drive asset reliability, maintenance, energy efficiency, and service quality. • Manage FM contracts, budgets, suppliers, and strategic service partners. • Establish operational KPIs, standards, and performance frameworks. • Lead and mentor senior facilities and asset operations teams. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field. • 18+ years of facilities or asset operations leadership experience. • Proven experience managing large commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use portfolios. • Strong expertise in FM contracts, maintenance, asset performance, and cost optimization. • GCC experience is highly preferred.
