Job Description : Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring for one of their clients in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the Group's strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth and expansion across multiple business areas. • Prepare and execute the Group's annual budget while overseeing financial and operational performance across departments. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, investors, and key clients to strengthen the Group's market position. • Review and enhance the organizational structure, internal systems, and processes to improve operational efficiency. • Analyze financial and operational reports to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and ensure achievement of strategic objectives. • Lead executive teams and develop innovative strategies to drive performance, growth, innovation, and competitiveness. • Ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and governance requirements. • Provide strategic financial and operational direction to support long-term business objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred. • 7–10 years of relevant senior-level experience in financial management, business leadership, or a similar capacity. • Proven experience in capital raising, investment structuring, and financial modelling. • Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and financial systems. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities. • Fluency in Arabic and English is preffered. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and make well-informed financial and strategic decisions
