Global Industrial & Technology Solutions Group ARCHITECT THE SUPPLY CHAIN. ACCELERATE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE. Seeking a high caliber Head of Global Supply Chain & Operations Excellence to lead strategic end to end operational architecture, cross-border vendor ecosystems, and lean transformation across EMEA and global markets. This executive mandate is designed for a transformation leader who can align cross-functional supply chain strategy, operational process redesign, digital/AI automation, and enterprise governance. What You’ll Lead ? Own the end to end global supply chain architecture, sourcing governance, and international procurement operations. ? Spearhead large scale Operational Excellence programs utilizing advanced Lean / Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement. ? Direct multi tier supplier quality, international customs compliance, cost structuring, and multi-site inventory optimization. ? Lead digital transformation initiatives, integrating modern process automation and operational analytics across supply chain touchpoints. ? Partner directly with executive leadership, commercial stakeholders, and regional distribution partners to align P&L targets and SLAs. ? Lead and mentor multi disciplinary, cross border teams and international supplier networks. Ideal Profile ? 20+ years of progressive leadership across Global Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, International Logistics, or Operations Transformation. ? Proven track record implementing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and modern Operations Management frameworks across multi-site organizations. ? Strong background in structured international trade, vendor development, and margin optimization. ? Proven ability to implement modern operational frameworks and project governance CSCP / Advanced Project Management certifications preferred. ? Strong executive communication, commercial acumen, and cross cultural stakeholder management capabilities. ???? EU / UK / International operations transformation experience strongly preferred.
