Job Description : Managing Director / CEO — Flour Milling & Bakery Products (Africa) We're partnering with a leading flour milling company to find an exceptional MD/CEO to lead multi-site food processing operations across Central/West Africa (Pointe Noire, Kinshasa, or Dakar). This is a full P&L role reporting directly to the Board. Must-haves: ? 10+ years senior management experience in industrial operations/manufacturing (flour milling or adjacent industry preferred) ? Fully bilingual — French & English ? Direct P&L ownership experience ? Proven track record operating in developing/emerging markets ? Demonstrated success combating theft & fraud in a developing-market environment
