Package: AED 30,000 - 35,000 Connecting Minds HR Services is currently hiring an experienced Head of Finance on behalf of a well-established organization within the financial services sector. We are looking for a senior Finance professional who can lead the overall Finance function, drive financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen controls, and support business growth. ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????: • CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification – Mandatory • 15+ years of progressive Finance experience, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, Exchange House, or a regulated financial institution • Strong knowledge of CBUAE regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Treasury and Risk Management • Proven experience leading and developing Finance teams • Strong stakeholder management skills with banks, auditors, regulators and senior leadership • ERP implementation and finance process improvement experience will be an advantage If you have strong leadership experience within a regulated financial environment and are looking for your next senior Finance opportunity, we would be pleased to hear from you.
