Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD RPET RIGID PLASTICS GHANA 20+ years experience a strategic and operationally skilled Business Head - rPET to oversee the entire rPET manufacturing facility in Ghana. This pivotal role requires a leader with a robust track record in managing large-scale recycling, plastics, or manufacturing operations, ideally within PET or similar polymers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing comprehensive sales strategies for both domestic and international markets. A key focus of this role is to promote operational efficiency, manage budgets, and champion sustainability — aligning with the group’s ambitious circular-economy goals. The successful applicant will possess a strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on leadership, capable of driving productivity, staffing excellence, stakeholder relations, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years’ senior leadership experience within manufacturing or recycling, preferably in PET or plastics. They will hold a relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, complemented by a proven ability to deliver operational excellence in a complex, regulated environment. Demonstrable success in leading large teams, managing budgets, and developing high-impact commercial strategies is essential. Experience in international markets, stakeholder management, and environmental regulation compliance will set a candidate apart. Accomplishments should include successful project execution, process optimisation, and a commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
