Production Manager

Job Description : Production Manager – Tomato paste & Mayonnaise Line (African & UAE experience preferred) We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager for our client to lead and optimize our high-volume tomato paste and mayonnaise manufacturing facility. If you have a proven track record in food processing and excel at driving operational efficiency, quality control, and team leadership, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end daily production of tomato paste and mayonnaise lines, ensuring targets, yields, and deadlines are met. Enforce strict food safety standards, hygienic design, and quality compliance (HACCP, ISO). Lead, mentor, and schedule production shift leaders and operators. Optimize batch processing, emulsification/mixing, filling, and packaging operations while minimizing waste and downtime. Requirements: 10+ years of experience directly managing production lines in a similar food manufacturing environment (sauces, condiments, emulsified foods, or liquid food processing required). In-depth understanding of high-speed sauce processing, mixing equipment, automated packaging, and food safety regulations.
