Job Description : ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT (AVP) JOB LOCATION: AFRICA Requirements: ? 20-25 years of overall experience in agri-processing, edible oil, oilseed processing, or related industrial projects. • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior engineering/project leadership roles. • Proven experience managing large-scale EPC and industrial development projects. . Strong expertise in project planning, engineering, construction, commissioning, and plant expansion. • Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and international contractors, consultants, and vendors. ? Strong commercial understanding of project budgets, cost control, procurement, contracts, and project execution. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across multiple African countries.
