Job Description : UHT MILK PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced UHT Milk Production Manager to manage UHT milk production operations, ensure production efficiency and quality, and support the commissioning of a new dairy facility. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complete UHT milk production operations • Operate and troubleshoot CFT Sterilizers & Aseptic Filling Machines • Manage production on a 3,000 LPH UHT line . Handle UHT milk formulation and reconstitution Ensure quality, hygiene and food safety standards Lead production teams and coordinate with QA & Maintenance Support Greenfield Plant Commissioning & Start-up Requirements: 10+ years experience in UHT milk processing • Hands-on experience with CFT Sterilizers • Experience with Aseptic Filling Machines • Strong knowledge of Milk Powder & Vegetable Fat formulation • Experience with 3,000 LPH or similar UHT lines • Greenfield commissioning experience Mandatory • Prior Africa experience - Preferred • Degree/Diploma in Dairy/Food Technology or related field Benefits: • Full Accommodation • Meals • Transportation • Medical Coverage • 2-Year Residential Contract
