WORKS MANAGER

Job Description : WORKS MANAGER Arusha Tanzania A senior leadership role responsible for managing plant operations, production, maintenance, quality, safety, workforce and administrative functions to achieve operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee mining, beneficiation & NPK production units to meet production targets and quality standards. Plan, monitor & optimize production, equipment utilization, maintenance & cost efficiency. Ensure Quality Control (QC) & ISO 9001 compliance across all processes. Lead, mentor & manage large workforces; ensure discipline, engagement & team collaboration. Ensure HSE compliance and promote a zero-harm, safe working environment. Maintain accurate records, manage budgets & report performance to the CEO. ACCOMMODATION TRANSPORT red envelope consultants LLP QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Mineral Processing or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in plant, factory or works management in fertilizer, mining, chemicals or heavy manufacturing. At least 5 years in senior leadership role managing large, multi-shift workforces. Strong knowledge of NPK production, mining, beneficiation, QC & ISO 9001.
