PLANT & TECHNICAL HEAD

Job Description : PLANT & TECHNICAL HEAD at East Africa Industry: Construction Chemicals hands-on Plant & Technical Head to lead the establishment and operations of a new construction-chemicals manufacturing & technical platform. Key Responsibilities: • Lead formulation, product development & industrialisation of dry-mix and liquid construction chemicals • Oversee plant installation, commissioning and manufacturing operations • Lead QA/QC, R&D laboratory and product performance • Manage raw-material qualification and supplier technical evaluation • Provide technical/application support to customers, contractors & sales teams • Build and lead the Plant, R&D, QA/QC, Production & Technical Service teams • Drive cost optimisation, quality, EHS and continuous improvement Candidate Profile: • B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in Chemical/Civil Engineering • Approx. 20 years experience, with 12+ years in Construction Chemicals • 5+ years in a Plant / Technical / Leadership role • Hands-on experience in Dry-Mix Mortars, Tile Adhesives, Grouts, Waterproofing, Repair Mortars, Non-Shrink Grouts, Flooring Systems and/or Concrete Admixtures
