We are seeking an accomplished Head of Commercial to join our leadership team and oversee the complete Import & Export, Commercial Operations, and Export Documentation functions for our expanding mining operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). What You'll Lead ? End-to-end Import & Export Operations ? International Trade & Commercial Compliance ? Export & Import Documentation Management ? Customs Clearance & Regulatory Compliance ? Shipping, Freight Forwarding & Logistics Coordination ? Commercial Contract Negotiations ? Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management ? Trade Cost Optimization & Process Improvement ? Cross-functional Leadership across Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Operations We're Looking For 15+ years of progressive experience in Commercial, Import & Export, and International Trade. Strong expertise in export documentation, customs regulations, Incoterms, and global shipping processes. Proven leadership experience managing commercial operations within the Mining, Manufacturing, Metals, Cement, or Heavy Industrial sectors. Experience working in Africa or other international markets is highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. MBA will be an added advantage.
