Job Description : Manager – Strategy & Operations Location: Dubai, UAE Reports to: Promoters Qualification: B.E. (Mining Engineering) + MBA About the Role We are looking for a Manager – Strategy & Operations to work directly with the Promoters, driving strategic decision-making and operational execution across the group's mining and allied businesses. This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who combines technical grounding in mining engineering with strong business and analytical acumen, and who is comfortable operating close to top leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with the Promoters on strategic planning, business reviews, and key decision support across group operations. Drive operational efficiency and performance tracking across mining sites and business units, translating strategic priorities into actionable operating plans. Conduct market, competitor, and feasibility analysis to support new business opportunities, expansions, or investment decisions. Own MIS, dashboards, and performance reporting for the Promoters — consolidating operational, financial, and project data into clear, decision-ready insights. Lead or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, finance, HR, and business development as directed by the Promoters. Liaise with site leadership and functional heads to ensure alignment between corporate strategy and on-ground execution. Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in mining and resources to inform strategic direction. Support governance, risk management, and process standardization across group entities. Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering (mandatory) with an MBA (Strategy, Operations, or General Management preferred). Prior experience in mining, resources, or heavy infrastructure sectors strongly preferred, with exposure to strategy, business excellence, or corporate planning roles. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations. Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior leadership/promoters in a trusted advisory capacity. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating across geographies and cultures. Willingness to be based in Dubai with travel to group operating sites (including international locations) as required.
