Job Description : Vice President / Senior Vice President – Manufacturing Operations Formulation North India The Opportunity A leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a senior Site Head / VP–SVP Manufacturing Operations to lead its Rudrapur OSD/Finished Dosage manufacturing site. The incumbent will have end-to-end accountability for Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, Productivity, Cost and People, with a strong mandate to drive operational excellence, compliance, profitability and future growth. Key Accountabilities Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the site. Drive Safety, Quality, Compliance, Delivery, Cost and Productivity performance. Lead OSD/Finished Dosage manufacturing, capacity utilisation, OEE, yield and throughput improvement. Ensure strong GMP and regulatory compliance and continuous inspection readiness. Lead Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, technology upgrades and CAPEX projects. Strengthen planning, material availability, OTIF and working-capital efficiency. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and cost optimisation. Build a high-performance leadership team and develop organisational capabilities. Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership on site strategy and business performance. Candidate Profile 20–25+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations. Strong experience in OSD / Finished Dosage manufacturing; hormonal/specialised formulations desirable. Proven exposure to USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA, ANVISA or other regulated markets. Demonstrated success in manufacturing transformation, quality, productivity, cost and people leadership. Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical/Mechanical/Production Engineering or related discipline; postgraduate qualification desirable.
