Job Description : CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) Location: Luanda, Angola Lead the Growth of a Dynamic Industrial & Equipment Distribution Business We are seeking an accomplished, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our business operations in Angola. We are looking for a leader who can build high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships, expand market share, and execute strategic business initiatives while ensuring sustainable long-term growth. Preferred Industry Experience Applicants should have executive leadership experience in one or more of the following industries: - Agricultural Machinery, Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Equipment - Construction Equipment, Mining Equipment, Industrial Equipment Automotive Distribution Key Executive Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across all business functions, including: - Corporate Strategy & Business Growth - Sales, Marketing & Business Development - Government, Corporate & Key Account Relationship Management - Dealer & OEM Partnership Management - After-Sales Service & Customer Experience - Workshop & Technical Operations - Spare Parts & Inventory Management - Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics - Finance, Budgeting & Profit & Loss (P&L) Management - Human Resources, Talent Development & Organisational Leadership - Corporate Governance, Compliance & Risk Management - KPI Development, Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Requirements - Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) - Minimum 15 years' senior management experience - At least 5 years as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director, Country Manager, Executive Director or equivalent executive leadership role - Demonstrated success in leading multi-department operations and delivering sustainable business growth - Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership skills - Proven experience managing P&L, strategic planning, budgeting and organisational performance - Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and driving operational excellence - Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and government relationship skills - Valid driver's license - Willingness to travel extensively throughout Angola - Eligible to work in Angola or willing to relocate - Immediate availability or ability to join within 30 days is preferred What We Offer: Competitive executive remuneration package (commensurate with experience)
