PRODUCTION MANAINTENANCE MANAGER

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAINTENANCE MANAGER KENYA Experience: #12–15+ years | Immediate Joiner Preferred Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end production, maintenance, engineering and utilities operations. Manage Krones beverage filling lines and PET preform/cap moulding operations. Drive OEE, production efficiency, wastage, quality and downtime improvement. Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and equipment reliability. Lead a 50+ member multidisciplinary team. Drive SAP/MES, Lean, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with hashtag#GMP, hashtag#HACCP, hashtag#ISO #22000/ hashtag#FSSC 22000 and HSE standards. Strong hands-on experience with Krones filling lines. Experience with hashtag#KraussMaffei/ hashtag#Netstal injection moulding machines is highly preferred.
