Job Description : HEAD/LEAD-FORMULATION R&D Pharmaceutical Industry | Formulation Development A leading pharmaceutical organization is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Formulation R&D team. Qualification: M.Pharm Open to International candidates 20+ Years REQUIRED EXPERTISE: ? Injectable Dosage Forms Ophthalmic Dosage Forms Solid Dosage Forms Semisolid Dosage Forms > DESIRED PROFILE: Strong experience in Formulation R&D leadership role Expertise in multiple dosage forms Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements & product development ?Excellent team leadership and technical decision- making skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead formulation development activities from concept to commercialization Conduct literature searches, scientific publications review, regulatory guideline assessment, patent searches & innovation analysis Plan, design, and execute formulation development experiments Prepare & review technical documents: • Development Protocols ? MF, MPS, PDR • CPD, QTTP, FMEA, SDS & related documents Support regulatory approvals and product licensing activities Manage scale-up, exhibit batches & technology transfer activities Review development reports, investigation reports, SOPs & departmental documents as per GMP requirements Guide formulation team in laboratory batches, optimization batches, scale-up batches and commercial batches Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
