Seeking an accomplished Hospitality Finance Professional with a proven track record of leading multi-property resort operations in the South Pacific. We are partnering with a well-established luxury boutique resort operator to recruit an experienced Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the CFO will provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing both corporate and property-based finance functions across a well-established portfolio of upscale boutique resorts in the region. Candidate Requirements: ? CA or CPA qualification is essential. ? Previous experience as a CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership role within a multi-property hotel or resort environment. ? Extensive experience in hospitality operations, accounting and finance. ? Proven success in financial strategy, planning and performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management and capital planning. ? Strong experience across financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, risk management, internal controls and corporate governance. ?Proven leadership capability with a proven track record of developing high-performing multicultural teams and driving collaboration across corporate and resort-based operations. ? South Pacific experience is a must, with a strong understanding of the region’s market dynamics, tax systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. ????This is an expatriate position. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the South Pacific to support the business and resort operations.
