Key Requirements ? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Economics (MBA Preferred) ? 8+ years of experience in a Multinational/FMCG environment ? Minimum 4 years in Commercial Leadership, Trade Marketing & Distribution. Core Expertise ? Route to Market (RTM) Strategy ? Trade Marketing & Distribution ? Sales Leadership ? Distributor & Channel Management ? Key Account Management ? Commercial Excellence ? Business Development & Market Expansion ? Secondary Sales Growth ? Merchandising & Demand Generation ?
