Job Description : MANAGER QA | INJECTION PLANT RABAT MOROCCO Position: Manager – Quality Assurance (QA) Plant Exposure: Dry & Liquid Injectable Manufacturing Markets: WHO-GMP | Regulated / ROW Markets Experience: 18 Years ???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the complete QA function for Dry & Liquid Injection manufacturing operations. Ensure strict compliance with WHO-GMP, Schedule M, cGMP and applicable regulatory requirements. Manage QA activities for aseptic manufacturing, filling, sealing, sterilization and packaging operations. Drive Batch Record review, IPQA, AQL, line clearance and release activities. Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, OOS/OOT, market complaints and product quality investigations. Ensure effective implementation of QMS, SOPs, specifications and validation protocols. Lead internal audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections with strong inspection-readiness. Manage qualification & validation activities including process, cleaning, equipment and aseptic process validation. Ensure compliance of water systems, HVAC, environmental monitoring and microbiological controls. Review and approve BMR/BPR, validation documents, protocols, reports and quality documentation. Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and Warehouse for quality-related matters. Support WHO-GMP and ROW market requirements, including documentation and audit compliance. Develop and mentor the QA team and establish a strong quality culture across the plant. ???? CANDIDATE PROFILE B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / relevant qualification with strong experience in Injectable Pharma QA, preferably in Dry & Liquid Injection plants and exposure to WHO-GMP / ROW markets. Candidates with strong regulatory audit handling, aseptic manufacturing QA and QMS expertise will be highly preferred. usiness unit are encouraged to apply.
