Experience: 8–9 Years We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join a leading Plastic Food Packaging Manufacturing Company in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: ???? Manage and oversee day-to-day production operations. ???? Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. ???? Plan production schedules and optimize manpower, machines, and materials. ???? Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and overall productivity. ???? Ensure compliance with food packaging quality, safety, and hygiene standards. ???? Lead, train, and manage production teams. ???? Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse departments. ???? Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Requirements: ???? 8–9 years of relevant experience in plastic manufacturing / food packaging production. ???? Strong experience in production planning and factory operations. ???? Knowledge of plastic processing and packaging manufacturing processes. ???? Strong leadership and team-management skills. ???? Candidates with GCC/Saudi manufacturing experience will be preferred.
