Job Description : Business Unit Head – Fleet Operations ???? We are looking for an experienced Business Unit Head – Fleet Operations for a leadership role based in Minjingu, Arusha, Tanzania. Key Requirements: ? 10–15+ years of experience in fleet/transport operations ? Proven experience managing fleets of 100+ commercial vehicles ? Strong exposure to Fleet P&L, workshop & spares management, vehicle maintenance, cost optimization, and telematics (GPS/CCTV) ? Excellent leadership and team management skills ???? Location: Minjingu, Arusha, Tanzania Candidates from large logistics, transportation, mining, manufacturing, cement, infrastructure, or fleet-intensive organizations who have successfully managed fleet operations as an independent business unit are encouraged to apply.
