NPD Manager

Job Description : NPD Manager – Food (Protein & Fortification) Open to International candidates We are looking for an experienced NPD Manager – Food with 18+ years of experience in food product development, particularly in protein-fortified and high-protein food products. -Key Experience Preferred: • Protein-fortified flour • Protein noodles & pasta • Protein snacks • Protein bakery products – bread, biscuits, cookies, cakes, etc. • Protein bars and functional foods • Plant-based protein products • Extruded and ready-to-eat/ready-to-cook products -Key Responsibilities: • Develop innovative high-protein food products from concept to commercialization • Formulation optimization for protein, taste, texture and nutritional profile • Conduct lab, pilot and scale-up trials • Ingredient selection and vendor development • Product costing and cost optimization • Sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies • Coordinate with manufacturing/contract manufacturers for commercialization • Ensure FSSAI and nutritional labelling compliance - Qualification: PhD/M.Sc ./M.Tech ./B.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science or related discipline. -Experience: 18+ years in Food R&D/NPD, with strong hands-on product development experience.
