Job Description : RETAIL BUSINESS HEAD CARIBBEAN ISLANDS 20+ years experience As a Business Head Retail, you are expected to lead the overall retail business across multiple cities, covering multiple stores across 3 business units. Responsibilities: The Business Head will have end-to-end responsibility for driving sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, and people performance across the retail network. Drive Business Through: - Identify opportunities to increase the store sales, store productivity, customer conversion, average transaction value, and overall revenue. - Establish clear accountability for Cluster Managers for sales, profitability, manpower, customer experience, and operational performance. - Ensure Cluster Managers effectively manage and coach their respective Store Managers. - Work closely with respective business-unit/category/product leaders to ensure alignment between product strategy and retail execution. - Drive initiatives to improve store economics and ROI. - Build and develop a high-performing retail leadership team comprising Cluster Managers and Store Managers. - Track and review key metrics at business-unit, city, cluster, and store levels and develop dashboards and MIS covering sales, growth, margins, conversion, productivity, inventory, manpower, and customer metrics.
