Job Description : SECURITY HEAD NIGERIA Preferred Profile: Ex-Defence Personnel Rank: Major / Captain (Retired Army) Industry: Oil & Gas / Infrastructure / Project Operations Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall security operations across project/site locations Conduct security risk assessments and develop effective mitigation plans Manage security personnel, access control, patrols and site protection Monitor security threats, incidents and intelligence reports Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans Coordinate with Police, Military, Government agencies and local stakeholders Manage security incidents, investigations and reporting Maintain strong relationships with local communities and security agencies Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures Conduct security briefings, awareness programmes and emergency drills Protect company personnel, assets, equipment and infrastructure Candidate Requirements Ex-Indian Army Personnel preferred Rank: Major / Captain or equivalent Strong experience in Security Management / Operations / Intelligence Experience in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Construction or high-risk projects will be an advantage Strong leadership, communication and crisis-management skills Experience handling security teams and field operations Willingness to work in Nigeria Employee Benefits Fully furnished twin-sharing accommodation with housekeeping, laundry, gym, swimming pool and 24/7 security services.
