Head of Quality Assurance

Job Description : Head of Quality Assurance (QA) – Leading FMCG | KENYA We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality Assurance (QA) for a leading FMCG/Food company Requirements: Education: M.Sc . in Chemistry Experience: 18–20 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry Strong leadership experience managing QA/QC and Food Safety teams In-depth knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, audits, and Quality Management Systems Hands-on experience with HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000 and/or FSSC 22000 Strong understanding of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) Knowledge of Halal certification/food safety requirements would be an advantage Experience managing internal/external audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, supplier quality, product quality, and regulatory inspections Lead Auditor certification in ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 would be highly preferred Relevant HACCP/Food Safety certification is highly desirable
