Job Description : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GUINEA Seeking a Construction Manager with hands-on experience in Transmission Line projects. The role involves end-to-end execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, safety compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders. The role demands strong technical expertise, site leadership, and hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily site construction activities for Transmission Line projects. Oversee project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and ensure strict compliance at all project sites. Coordinate with site teams on JMC and oversee day-to-day site activities in collaboration with the client at site. Hands-on experience in Foundations, Tower erection and Stringing activities, JMC processes MS Office tools, MS Project planning are required. Good knowledge about Tower erection, stringing tools and plants. Preferred candidate profile 15+ years of experience in Transmission Lines. Previous experience in Africa is preferred. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
