Job Description : Business Head – FMCG to lead and accelerate the growth of a significant international business, with end-to-end responsibility for P&L, International Sales, Go-to-Market Strategy and Retail Expansion. This is more than a sales leadership role—it's an opportunity to drive the next phase of international business growth, own the commercial and P&L agenda, build and execute winning GTM strategies, expand market presence, strengthen retail and distribution networks, and lead a high-impact international sales organisation. Business Heads, P&L Heads, International Business Heads, Sales Heads, Commercial Heads, Vice Presidents, Country Heads and Senior FMCG Business Leaders ? 18–25+ years of progressive experience in the FMCG / Consumer Products industry, with significant experience in Business, Sales and Commercial Leadership ? Proven experience in handling large-scale international business operations with end-to-end P&L responsibility ? Strong expertise in International Sales, Business Strategy, P&L Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Market Entry, Business Development, Retail and Distribution Management ? Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion and sustainable business performance across international markets ? Strong understanding of global FMCG markets, consumer behaviour, retail ecosystems, modern trade, traditional trade and distribution channels ? Experience in developing and executing successful GTM and market expansion strategies across multiple countries and regions ? Strong capability in building strategic relationships with distributors, retail partners, key accounts, customers and other business stakeholders ?
